Bryan Lee – Strategic Intercultural Negotiations Coach

Over 30 years of experience in business, including banking management, retail, sales and marketing management and conceiving, founding and selling three companies, lecturing for the Australian Institute of Management and universities, coaching and establishing ARC Germany.

Additionally having 3 nationalities (South African, Australian and British) and lived in three contents (Africa, Australasia and Europe), he has a wealth of experience, skills and expertise gained in sales, negotiations, communication and leadership styles, coaching techniques, personality profiling, intercultural analysis and training.  

He is a University of Sunshine Coast graduate, entrepreneur, licensed coach, university and management lecturer, father and husband.   

He enjoys learning and developing negotiation strategies and improving intercultural communication techniques. Additionally understanding character traits and assisting personal development for better relationships.


Lee Webb – Creative Educational Consultant

Over 7 years of experience in delivering and creating high quality, innovative and creative educational content fitting to the individual needs of business people and students alike. Experience includes working as the Coordinator and Lecturer for the Karlshochschule International University, where he creates content and delivers exciting lectures, alongside being the contact person for all content related queries. In addition, he lectures at the Karlsruhe Institute for Technology, The University of Koblenz-Landau and many local companies in the technology and development sector. The focus of many of these lectures is on intercultural communication, intercultural relations, economics, negotiations, business development, marketing and technology.

He also delivers one to one Business Coaching for intercultural interview for high level individuals.

Furthermore, he has a degree from Bath Spa University in Education and Sociology, which included a year abroad studying Education, Intercultural issues and Sociology in Finland.

He currently lives and works in Landau, Germany, upon where he started his business at the age of 25.
